The Old School is a one-bedroom cottage apartment set within the grounds of Howick Hall and Arboretum in Northumberland. This former school building has been converted into a characterful romantic bolthole for two guests. It sits on the Howick estate on the Northumberland coast and guests get free access to the extensive grounds and gardens of Howick Hall and Arboretum.
The Northumberland Coast Path is on your doorstep. Sugar Sands and Longhoughton Beach are just a mile on foot. Craster fishing village is 3 miles away. Alnwick is 6 miles away with shops and places to eat.
