Holly Cottage is a traditional sandstone-built annex on Alndyke Farm, just half a mile outside Alnwick in Northumberland. The farm has been in the Davison family for four generations and sits within working farmland where the River Aln flows through the grounds. The Aln Valley heritage steam railway runs through the farm you can watch steam trains pass from the property.

The Northumberland coast is just 3 miles away. Alnmouth beach is 4 miles. Bamburgh is 15 miles. You can walk into Alnwick in around 25 minutes or drive in under 5. Riverside walks and restored railway-line paths start right from the farm.
