2026 Cottages, Lodges & Glamping Breaks in and Around Alnwick!
Paddock Cottage is a former farm workers cottage set on a mixed working farm about two miles north of Alnwick in Northumberland. It sleeps five across three bedrooms and keeps a cosy open fire in the living room for chilly nights. You reach the cottage along a country lane that runs straight through the farm itself and the setting stays quiet with splendid views over the surrounding countryside.
This is proper farm country and you'll share it with cows, calves, horses and three pet pigs called Prudence, Portia and Primrose. Alnwick itself is a historic market town worth a wander and the Northumberland coast with its sandy beaches, harbours and fishing villages sits a short drive away.
